Happiness is one dimensional...

"Being Happy" is one dimensional. It is such a state of mind and body that a person fails to think and imagine things beyond the obvious and oblivious. In-fact - being happy - does not make a complete personality...the feeling lacks the poison, needed to live life.
If you have never missed something or someone - you have not learnt to survive when you fall. If you have not had the taste of blood when you fell from the horse while fighting a battle - you will never understand the sweet taste of success.

"Being sad" is 2 dimensional - not only you have to pretend to all and sundry that you are happy but also you have to maintain the poison of sadness inside to make sure you are in tune to be what you have always wanted...

You can only learn one thing when you are victorious - how to win! - but when you are defeated you learn so many things...to cope up with the frustration...to make sure you are not haunted by nightmares of a dream gone awry...Oh Boy! too many skeletons to fight with...but to overcome all this is what makes you feeling nice...

Remember - The phoenix must burn to emerge...

HCL refreshes the campaign - Technology that Touches lives...

Last 2 months - I missed lot of important dates...marriages...personal deadlines...and I feel sad about it...have been out of touch with lot of freinds and family people...everybody kept on abusing me...well...I am sorry ...to all of you...but now am back...and want to tell you what I had been busy with...well working on the sequel to the brand campaign at HCL...

Here is the new TVC which is now on air...

We had loads of fun shooting the commercial in Kuala Lumpur...

With Shahrookh Irani at Kuala Lumpur International Airport

Also we turn around a brand new website...fully equipped with global best practices in digital world...

www.hcl.in

And what an experience it had been...the campaign has broken all the records in terms of awareness ...HCL is most recalled brand as per HCL's brand track research done by IMRB...

Whewwww....what a ride these two months have been...traveling to Kuala Lumpur...getting the TVC shot and ge back and get the campaign on TV in such a short time...it was tough...the toughest part was to keep in touch with Aakriti when I was in Kuala Lumpur...I was on International roaming and outgoing was about Rs.150 and incoming was Rs. 45...dont ask me my phone bill now :)...

So please see the campaign and call me...comments are awaited...

Net Neutrality...

The OP-ED "Beware the New New Thing" on April 5, 2008 in NYT by Damian Kulash Jr. - lead singer of OK GO - one of the most visited videos on Google's Youtube - raised an immediate concern. I am sure there would be thousands of people, like me, perturbed on the notion of internet being manipulated.
Fortunately, I have always had the pleasure of a free uncensored media consumption in India ...the mere thought that I would not have access to some websites on my free will gives me jitters.

Imagine - waking up in the morning and trying to google some information on vital project but you get an error of not authorized to access the information since the ISP or the company providing you internet does not have a tie up with the website...what duh man!!! Its like to go to a friend's place who gets Tata Sky to watch a match between India vs Pakistan just because the channel is only coming on Tata Sky and not on Dish TV...

Lets hope and pray net remains neutral so that our lives can thrive...
